what i am thinking of going with is the HighPoint 4320 PCIe SAS RAID Controller http://www.pc-pitstop.com/sas_controllers/rr4320.asp
does anyone know if that raid card has any issues with 1.5tb drives or should i go with something else?

Have you bothered searching online for any reviews? Or at least in New Egg so that you could read actual customer reviews?

Depends on how much you want to spend and which RAID level you want to emphasize on. e.g. there's a sizable (degraded) performance difference between cards when using RAID 6.
