and 850 watt will do good with all this ??

X48 isn't old, it just came out this year. Nvidia chipsets have trouble overclocking not as well compared to Intel chipsets. If you have the cash, I would go for the Q9450 instead of the Q9300 as the Q9300 is handicap with 6 mb of L2 cache instead of 12 in the Q9450. I have the rampage with the Q9450 and it can be overclocked with ease to 3.6ghz.

aha...so you do recommend the rampage formula ?
