I'm going with this build:

Q6600 2.4GHz 2x4mb 65nm
EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 DDR2 SLI
Mushkin HP2 6400 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800 5-4-4-12 (1.8V) 240pins
2 x BFG 8800GT OC2 512MB 675Mhz Core Dual 400Mhz HDCP Capable (BFGE88512GTOC2E)
Antec P182
SAMSUNG Black SH-S203B DVD Burner
Logitech G15
Logitech G5

Which PSU should I get so that I don't need to upgrade for a while?

Secondly, which PSU should I get just for this build?

Antec TPQ-1000 TruePower Quattro 1000w $213

or

Corsair TX Series TX750W $129

750w is enough, even with future upgrades. You don't need 1000w.

1000W is overkill for that build.
