Overclocking OLD PC

As the topic states i want to overclock my current PC to something a little "better" but at a "safe" step. Dont want to end up blowing up my motherboard thats why i`m asking for your advice.

Your CPU is ready for computer heaven. That CPU maybe can OC to 2.0GHz if you are lucky.
