Old/New wat to do????

Hi guys
I currently have a system
AMD Athlon64 3500+ 939pin Venice core
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo
Kingston 1.5 GB DDR400(orginally 512MB * 4)-(sold one)
Zebronics ATX cabinet and 450W SMPS
I had a 6600GT which I sold
(I can buy this back if I need by giving him back $70)
I have a Budget of $220
to upgrade the system.
My current mobo lost one of its memory slot lock so I sold my 512MB DDR
(which can be bought back by giving back $18) if that problem can be sold.
My main use of the PC is
Playin DirectX 8,9 Games,
playin Divix movies,MP3s.
etc.
Wat should I do?
Upgrade mobo,CPU,RAM+low end card/my card
or buy just a new GPU for $150-$200.
Or if u have a better suggestion please reply.
