That is all the hardware that i need, i already have a hard drive and a good dvd-r player.

All i want is a good computer that can run new games fairly high. Don't need full maxed out or anything like that. Age of Conan is coming out and i really want to play that on full, so that should be a good guide to go by.

Couple of questions concerning the processor and the power supply. I personally think that he power supply is a little over kill but not to sure. And the processor, is that underpowered or just right for what i want to do. And i am planning to Over clock.

Well I think that is it. Anything that you see that could be changed for cheaper or an upgrade please PLEASE tell me. Kinda new at the whole computer buildin thing. Thanks for any help and sorry for the bad paragraph layout :P

Get the E8400 instead of the E6750. The rest is great. The PSU is overkill, yes, but it will allow you to add a second video card later and do SLI.

Is your Evga 8800GT video card a place holder for a near-future upgrade?  Evga StepUp program maybe?
MSI 8800GTS (G92) 512 OC $195 after rebate vs $190 after rebate for the Evga 8800GT you have listed.
