I'm replacing my mobo, chip, ram, and psu in my system right now.

I'm buying the following:
GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3R
E8400(Probably OCing it)
3x1GB of Mushkin DDR2 1066
Running 2-4 HD's 160GB, 500GB(these two I have now), 500GB, 500GB(maybe in RAID)
Also running 2 cd/dvd combo drives.
MSI OC'd 512MB 9600GT
Linksys wireless card
Maybe a sound card in the future

Will this support all that?

Never ever buy a rosewill PSU as they are a POS.

Look Up the PSU sticky and get something from Tier 2.
or
Buy the PCPower silencer 610 or any other 80 PLUS Certified PSU.

As cheap as this one is and as good as it is for the price, go for this one:

It will likely be good enough for your next upgrade as well...
