Need your opinion between two sets

I am planning to buy a new pc case, cpu, motherboard and power supply. I may have to choose between these two sets, and i need to know your opinion.

I am planning to go later on SLI, if you need to know. Oh and the hard drive is just because i want some extra memory...
First :

Second choice :

Motherboard: ASUS P5N-D SLI (45nm CPU / 750i / 4 RAM / 2x SLI / SND / LAN / FireW)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 LGA775 Dual-Core (45nm / 3.0GHz / 6MB / 1333FSB)
CPU Fan: Thermaltake TR2 M21 RX A4021 LGA775 Copper Base CPU Fan
Hard Drive: 250GB 7200RPM SATA2 Hard Disk Drive
PC Tower Case: Thermaltake WingRS VG1000BNS Black Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: COOLER MASTER 500W PCAR HEAVY LOAD Power Supply
Case Fan: Ball Bearing ATX System Cooling CASE FAN

Actually its pretty much the same, the biggest difference is the Case and the Motherboard. Still, can you tell me what you guys think between these two sets?

Both are good choices, it depends on that which brand of motherboard u like more, ASUS or MSI. i myself would go with the ASUS one because i think the CPU support is better.
