Do you plan on using multiple video in an SLI setup?
Go for a 2x2gb RAM kit for a total of 4gb instead of 4x1gb. It's generally cheaper and it also allows for you to upgrade to 8gb total in the future.
The 8800GT is a decent card. For a bit more you could go with the 8800GTS (G92) 512MB card. It's a bit faster and has better cooling than the 8800GT. If you do decide to upgrade the card to the 8800GTS make sure to get the 512MB (G92) version as it's newer tech than the 320mb or 640mb versions.
Good HDD choice.
Great choice on PSU, though it's probably overkill if you're only going to run 1 video card with it. Buy.com always seems to have the best prices on Corsair PSU's if you want to save a few bucks. You can get by with a 550 or 650W version with the components you've selected and save some addidional $.
I'm not really familiar with that case. It seems decent, though the Antec 900 is similarly priced (after rebate) and has great cooling.
