What is a good budget card that lets me use a remote for controlling volume and letting me turn my computer off?

MCE remote, but it's not cheap at retail. Best place to look is ebay. Also, controlling volume & basic playback functions work in non-MCE windows, but you'll need extra software for powering off & everything else including whatever can be done with the mouse/keyb.
