i am trying to fix a mouse that is PS/2 but the solder points underneath the board
here is a picture of the PS/2 mouse board:

You'd have to probe the end of the ps/2 connector to see what all the wires are for, it seems all manufacturers use whatever the hell color they decide is good.

 

The Letters on the pcb mean the following V=5v(power), C=clock, D=Data, G=Ground

That might help you figure it out. You should view the diagram as if you where looking directly at the end of the male PS/2 plug that comes from the mouse.
