Writing on Motherboard Tags: Chipsets Asus Motherboards Last response: July 10, 2008 8:28 PM in Motherboards Share alanmcm July 10, 2008 8:13:42 PM Hi This may be a dumb question, if so sorry in advance. I have been trying to get a new motherboard to work with no success. An Asus Striker. While I was inspecting the board for damage I noticed that there are marks on some of the onboard chips in black permanant marker. There are also biro ticks on the serial number tag, is this normal. I have never seen this before. Thanks More about : writing motherboard Mondoman July 10, 2008 8:28:11 PM Doesn't sound good. Perhaps the MB is a repaired MB? Can't find your answer ? Ask !
