Here's my dilemma, I have a low profile PCI video card (Not PCI-E) and it only has one DVI connector. I need dual monitor supports, I am looking for a DVI splitter that will allow me to split the monitors. Can someone suggest a good DVI splitter? they have one on newegg.com but everyone says it doesn't work (the cable).

That's because the card has to support dual monitors. Which I have a feeling your's doesn't. Come cards with DVI out support dual VGA. You can always just get a 2nd PCI card to run dual screens. Probably is your best bet.
