Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

Hello All,

New the the forum and looking for help if possible please.
Every couple of days I get the above error, with the cause below.
It means nothing to me, can anyone shed any light on it please?

It means that your computer was turned off without shutting down properly - from the error message it seems to point to encountering a system lock up or "Bluescreen" and then shutting down by using the power button or shutting off power because you were not able to use the start button to shut down properly !
