I am overclocking my Q9450 with air to about 3.4 ghz or so. Any suggestion on RAM? If I get a 1160 mhz ram it seems I will have to downclock it compared to an 800 mhz?

Hands down. The 1st one is way overpriced, yet the fastest of the 3. Your target is 3.4Ghz so 3400 / 8 = 425Mhz FSB x 2 = 850Mhz DDR2 is what you need to get there. The XP6400 may be able to run at 850mhz, but for the same price, why not get a faster kit?

I say go for the DDR2 800 one because the difference between DDR2 800 and 1066 isn't much and DDR2 800 OCs very good too

Are you sure about those prices? It's funny to see DDR2-800 at the same price of DDR2-1000. If that's the case, buy Redline DDR2-1000 any way.
If prices differ and you really intend to go that far, around 3.4Ghz, then you'll need something above DDR2-800. The redline DDR2-1000 should do fine.
If you plan to get only 20% oc, DDR2-800 is what you need.
