on but my system not on i ask hel costumer service he tel to me chek the user account make to cange or

Start the computer and tap the Function 8 key then choose Safe Mode from the menu and wait until a log in screen appears. Choose the Administrator to log into and when you're in, see if the System Restore can take you back a few days. It's unlikely you've lost anything - yet.[/#000ff]
