It largely depends on the rest of your system. With an overclocked quadcore, x48, 2 harddrives and 2 dvddrives I would recommend a 750W PSU (PC Power & Cooling 750W Silencer, Corsair TX 750W).

The short answer:
The Corsair 550W is a bit slim but if you have a basic system otherwise IE 1HDD and 1DVD with stock 65W dualcore it should be enough.

The long answer:
The HD 3870 is rated as a 96W card. It has 1 PCIE power connector (150W theoretical maximum).
65W for the CPU, 50W for the motherboard and 20W for RAM
15W for 1 harddrive and 20W 1 dvddrive,  and 30W for fans (in case you have many).
65+50+20+15+20+30+200 ~= 400W

(On a side note a 550W PSU is recommended for HD 3870 X2 without overclocking).

Your PSU has 41 amps on the 12v rails. You are fine.

AMD recommends the Corsair 620W:
