Wait until card comes out with power requirement specs. Besides, according to reviews, you need a 700w PSU, but you may be able to get away with 650w if it has enough amps on the 12v rail(s). SLi GTX 280 requires a certified 1200w PSU, and a Tri-SLi requires a nuclear power supply. A 1000w OCZ PowerStream couldn't SLi 2 of them. Hopefully you won't need to upgrade if you will buy that card.

I think your PSU will handle it then, provided you got the amps on your 12v rail, that's also important. Good thing you have the 6pin and the 6+2 pin connectors.

Some PSU have multiple rails. My Antec NeoHE 430w has 3 12v rails @ 16amps each. But I can safely run a 8800GT that requires about 20-22amps.

I know this is a bit off topic but the standard GTX280 is 600mhz so I hope you ain't paying a premium for your extra 21mhz.

I'm not sure what the pricing in your country is but perhaps you should consider the Asus GTX280 TOP. 670mhz core and I doubt it'd cost that much more.
