I have a noontec model PHO2B external hard drive, when connected through to my computer will not read it.Checked the usb management and found that the external hdd indicated no fault. Could you please help

Quick test: does it work on other computers? If so, you may want to check if the drive appears in Windows Disk Management so you can activate it.
