I am using ASUS P5K PREMIUM/WIFI-AP LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel motherboard and cannot find JMicron internal SATA connectors similar to the six that exist for the on board Intel controller.

The only connections for JMicron are the IDE (as IDE drives are detected under JMicron during POST) and the two external eSATA connectors on the rear panel of the case.

Are internal SATA connectors for JMicron RAID controller available (in addition to two external eSATA connectors) ?

AFAIK, your typical SATA cable should be what you're looking for. So concentrate your search on that.
