Outlook Auto Complete Addresses

Hi Guys

I Have a query havent dione any research yet, will do in a moment however i would like to know the following, i have a client who uses standered Outlook and is having hassles with the auto complete in the e-mail address bar apperently sometimes it works and other times not? highlly odd, im not sure abou it. When she types the first letter of a name or e-mail address nothing pops up as auto complete, and then the next minute it will and then not again?

Any Ideas?
