Write Protection

Hello,
My names is Glen and I have a qoestion.How can I delete write-protected files? I'm trying to delete this file, but every time I try to delete it it says " Acess denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and the file is not in use."

You may be able to delete it by starting windows in the SAFE mode. Press the F8 key before Windows begins loading.

It is not a good idea to post your personal email address in public forums.

1) I'm suspect that this file is infected. Is this file open from removable disk or else? If it 's from removable diske, go to Device Manager & click disk Management. Right click under removable drive and choose format to clean the drive. Bear in mind that this action will delete all its content.
or
2) Close this files. right click it and choose Properties, Security to take the ownership. After this u should able to delete the file.
Let me know if it works. Is indeed true not to post ur personal email in this side
