Is it true that Windows XP Home can "see" only one CPU?
Even if is Service Pack installed?

I'm still confused. My CPU is Athlon II X2 250 (3.0 GHz).

So will my Win XP Home see the 2 CPUs?

No it will see one CPU with 2 cores, which act like 2 CPUs.
