Absolutely. I can't see why you would need to though.

i have a friend that does work at a office and they still use floppys and wanted vista on there computer thanks

businesses always insist on using legacy crap. Tell you friend to show them a 2 dollar thumb drive that will hold the same info as a case of floppies.
