Verizon Bill Paying

I just spent 45 min talking with someone re; changing my Bundle so it will be less does not look that way on what i see on my next payment due . And it adds alot of other items that i do not want please help me. i do not have a password.username !

    If your bill details don't look correct, and you can't edit them on the site, you'll need to contact their customer support line. There's not much we can do to help you with that.
