EVGA vs. Asus the best mobo for under 200$ i need this asap plz help

I'm looking at getting a mobo for my q6600 and 9800gtx, i want to option to SLi another card later in the future to get more life out of my investment. since i have a pci-e 2.0 card i want a pci-e 2.0 motherboard. and since i only have 1 gfx card getting a 780i/790i would be a waste of money. so my chip set options have been brought down to 750i.

of all the 750i mobos i found 2 i like:

i was hoping you guys could tell me witch is better if i over looked on or if new tech is coming out really soon that makes it worth waiting (IE hybrid SLi for Intel)
