Oh man, you have SLI'd 8800gtx. The only thing you should change is your processor. I mean OC it. buy a decent cooler and OC it. 2.4 ghz is not enough for games. Your card are bottlenecked by your cpu.
if you want an Extreme performance, you could go with 2 x 280gtx (x boosts as hell since they are only 10) but that is 1300$ and is a pretty stupid decision since they will rpovide only maybe 130-140% of your 8800-gtx'es of 16 (8+8+0+0)x2 power.
The only thing I would change if I were you is - your processor clock q6600 can reach 3ghz on stock cooler and about 2.8ghz~ witohut raising thevcore voltage even
