More about motherboard memory standard
  1. DDR2 PC6400 800MHz. will fit in you MB like any other DDR2 DIMMS will.

    MB Product Page under memory:
  2. The standards for DDR2 are 400, 533, 667 and 800 all @1.8v. Every motherboard that runs DDR2 is required to run at these speeds. The whole 1200 thing is just a marketing thing, they are trying to get you to think that it's better because it has a higher number. There is no such thing as DDR2 1200.
  3. DDR-1200 is just overclocked DDR2-800.
