Hi, i am think on getting the EP45 DS3L which is DDR2 1200 Memory Standard but i already bought DDR2 800 Ram.

will my ram fit in or work properly in this motherboard for overclocking

The standards for DDR2 are 400, 533, 667 and 800 all @1.8v. Every motherboard that runs DDR2 is required to run at these speeds. The whole 1200 thing is just a marketing thing, they are trying to get you to think that it's better because it has a higher number. There is no such thing as DDR2 1200.
