ICS help!!!

I had set up my Xbox to access xbox live through an ethernet cable connected to my PC running Win2k. I was also getting my internet of a williams coffee across the street. I'd set it up all, and worked great (aside from speed issues). Now I've moved and my roommate has a cable internet connection connected to a wireless router. I'd figure nothing should've changed on my end, as still need to access through wireless adapter on PC. Although when I go to set up ICS an error pops up saying a LAN connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP addressing. Now I'm really stumped! Can anyone plz help?!...
