Set up raid 0

Hi, i'm working on my brother's computer which has a p5nd2-sli deluxe motherboard. I want to set up raid 0 again on it again. It has both nvidia raid utility and the silicon image raid configuration. It used to be set up with the silicon image raid configuration but i need to set it up again to install windows 7. In the manual it says to get the silicon image controller in onboard device configuration, and set it to raid mode. I can't see silicon image controller on the menu. Also when i start up after the POST it says

Press (CTRL-S) or F4 to enter Raid utility

which when i try to press either i get no response and the computer says missing operating system. What am i doing wrong?

In the BIOS configure RAID...and when ask you for a controller, press ctrl+s or f4...and load the drivers for RAID of the manufacturer of the board.
