does anyone know a case like this? basically because I am building a build for my grandparents, so I don't want any LED's, or for it to be the loudest thing on earth, and its meant to be as budget as possible, so my questions are:
1) is there an  innocuous and yet not too bad cooling (good enough for 9600 or something like it) At all
2) is there an  innocuous and yet not too bad cooling (good enough for 9600 or something like it) case that is at a moderately decent price?
3) whats the cheapest, innocuous and yet not too bad cooling (good enough for 9600or something like it) case around?
(obviously if u can't answer 1), don't bother with 2 and 3 )

and if you are questioning why I am getting my grandparents a 9600, its cos I am likely to end up using it some times (and I hope to get one of them into rome: TW)
