ADM audio conversion software

Hello, my name is Paul,
I wonder if any of you know what the IDM audio converter is, who manufactures and distributes it, and what it might be doing installed somewhere on my computer when I do not recall ever putting it there? It appears that it converts wav's to mp3's and back again. Mainly, I am looking for Uninstall files since I can't seem to locate where it resides with the normal Search function, and it does not appear in Add/Remove in the Control Panel of my WinXP pro SP3 machine.
