Hi,

I left my computer for half an hour turned on with the USB in the drive, when i came back all my files are corrupted and the disk is now full. Is there anyway to get these file back?!

You need to refrase your issue...

you had something plugged into the usb slot? you had a USB drive plugged in? what were the files on? a thumb drive?

please help me god!

I assume you mean you have a USB thumb drive. It sounds to me like you have a bad drive. If you didn't buy from a reputable store but decided to buy cheaper through E-Bay your drive may even be a cheap one prone to failure.

There's a lot of fake USB drives, camera cards and more being manufactured overseas.

If your USB drive is corrupted I doubt you can get your data back. You can try formatting it but I don't know if that will help.
