P5Q-E - no video - new build

I have a P5Q-E, E7200 cpu, Corsair memory and a video card that I know works with a monitor that I know works and am getting nothing when booting. The only other cpu I have is a Pentium 4 and I do not think the board is compatible with it for testing the cpu. Anyone have and ideas?

Edit: I have the system booting although I get this error.
Chassis Intrusion, system halted.

Look up the manual for how to disable chassis intrusion.

How did you get this to boot? I have having the same problem as you are?
