Dual turbo, twin turbo?

I notice some vid cards has things like dual turbo and twin turbo
What are those things?
What's it mean by it?

It's just marketing. Usually means it's factory overclocked.

Another thing......
I looked at information about a twin turbo card and it said it had a button for 2 options, one for overclocked and one for standard speed.
Does this apply to all twin and dual turbo cards?
