My manager today requested me to find a quicker way of applying the updates rather than through the automatic updates. Now, what I was wondering was that if I were to copy my "C:\Windows\Software Distribution" folder onto the other computer, would it be the same like downloading and applying the updates? If not, what's the fastest method of applying the updates to computers with differing specifications? The thought of downloading each one of them manually did cross my mind but they comes in code-names so it'd be hard to discern them in order as not to mess up anything (even if I were to sort them out by months via Sub-folders).
