My computer currently has USB 1.1. Is there anyway I can convert it to USB 2.0? I would like like to utilize an external portable hard drive.

If you have a desktop computer, you can add a USB 2.0 card. If you have a laptop, you can add a USB 2.0 PCMCIA card.
