Need help on first OC on X2 5400+ BE

Need help on first OC on X2 5400+ BE.... I tried 3.0Ghz from 2.8, it passed the stress test... it just slowed down my games.. tried 3.2ghz and windows kept restarting and tried 3.1ghz which seemed stable but my game (Crysis) cause it to restart... need some help, I have no idea what to do with the voltages..

just got 3.1 stable with voltage increase to 1.35 but 3.2ghz requires 1.4v and my mobo BIOSTAR A740G stops at 1.375v.. I do see and overvolt option but I dont know what that means or ht links..

EDIT:3.1 failed othros after 2 hours w/1.35v...

It might be the RAM failing, have you tried running memtest to see if the RAM is ok at those settings. My 5400BE goes up to 3.15 stable, 3.4 not stable at all. 1.475V. 2.1V on my RAM
