Need help with ram and MoBo!

I think I"m a total idiot, but I need to know, will ddr 800 work in a 1066 ram standard board, and will 4-4-4-4 timings work on a board that says it supports 5-5-5-5 and 6-6-6-6? Thanks and sorry.

The speeds stated by the Motherboard are the maximum speeds. Anything that speed or lower is compatible.

yea just use 6-6-6-6 or lower timings or maybe Cas. Latency
