Hi can any one tell me if a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 will fit on either a EP35-DS3R or a P35-DS3R without causing any problems?

Most heatsinks fit on standard mobos. Only high end with exotic cooling solutions may have problems. So pretty sure it'll fit
