External Drive Showing as Folder than a Drive

I have an external Drive that comes up as a folder than a drive icon. How can I change this? It's more of a bug than anything, the folder opens up fine it's just not in unoform with the others.

It's more likely a virus. Enable viewing of hidden and system files, then go to the root of your drive. If you see an autorun.inf, delete it.

Everytime I delet it it comes back

Yes I reboot after deleting. I have Macafe on my system. My computer is working fine. I do a virus scan and it didn't pick up a virus.
