Raid1=Mirror
RAID0=Stripe
You apparently need to do much more reading and research before you even think about running RAID.

Yeah i wasn't familiar at all about raid i never used it before but after wasting all day yesterday and last night i learned what all the raid modes meant and what they are for and i got my raid 0 working finally. :)

I hope you're aware that you're twice as likely to loose all your data with RAID 0. I'm not saying you shouldn't use it, just that you need to understand the ramifications.
