NCIX Canada and DirectCanada

I'm ordering all my remaining parts I need (HDD, CPU Cooler, Mobo, GPU, and OS) from NCIX Canada and my PSU from DirectCanada as they are the cheapest I can get my components. From your guys's experience, hows the shipping times, RMA support, and just overall customer support from NCIX and DirectCanada? I need to know asap as I am ordering my parts in a few days.
