If you can still startup Windows, lokk in event viewer for error (s) and also check the hard drive for errors.

No can't can't do anything only choice now is partition and format I just don't know how to set up the partitions if I use a utility tool say partition magic what should I do I loaded up a xp disk its says there are two partitions one d and it has 100 lb and almost all of it used up is this the recovery partition ext dos I believe its been so long since I have been certified and worked in a shop I almost forgot everything
