oh wait sorry didnt see that it was for a laptop.
look into the 8800m gts 512. it will out perform that card any day.

Laptop video is expensive and usually they only put the highend stuff in the highend laptops. An 8600M-GT is probably the best you will get in the price range, unless you can go for the 8800M's they are pricy though.

iv seen this advertized for a couple of weeks. looks ok i would get a better processor but in the way of graphics cards you cant get any better than the 8800m gts 512 as far as i know.

i'm having a hard time following ur laptops that ur writing. as far as sli, stay away from it. most games don't utilize sli anyway. that bestbuy gateway is the best bang for ur buck lappy ur gonna find. it'll play those games you want at med to hi no prob. and u get a free game
