You go into the BIOS to adjust settings and stuff. Just google it and you should see how. Just make sure you know what BIOS brand it is Phoenix and etc.
I wouldn't google to start, there are some stickys over in the overclocking forum that should shed some light on the subject. Unless your pretty astute, Google could lead you to any ol pile of poop that claims to be the 'ultimate' overclocking guide.
