Should I Worry About My Temps?

I recently built a new system around the Intel Core i7 920 chip. I've got a Gigabyte EX58-UD3R motherboard and 6GB (3x2) of G.Skill F3-12800CL9 memory. I've got it overclocked to 3.5GHz by simply setting my Bus Speed to 175, forcing my QPI multiplier to 36x and my memory to 2:8, which has it running at 1400MHz (2x700). I ran a Prime95 blend test for 10 minutes and had no errors. My temps at idle are about 40-41C and ran up to a peak of 65C during the tests. I was running 8 threads since I had hyper-threading enabled. My question is, should I be worried about those temps at all? I have not change any other settings. I'm posting links to some of my CPU-Z tabs.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Cool. I think I'll do a longer burn-in on this then, but I'm not terribly familiar with this new chip and didn't want to have it running at too high a temp.

Thanks for the quick response!
