Con't log on as administrator

Can't log on as administrator in the pc where it has xp installed.I can log on as user acc but a message is displaying regarding windows explorer and I can do nothing in the pc.If press don't send button of the message,it simply pop up again.

In Windows XP you are by default the administrator unless the administrator of your computer has given you a restricted user account. So if there are no other user accounts then you are the administrator. What is the message that windows explorer is giving you?

mine too says click cancel and reinstall disc. nothing.
