If they have component output jacks (which I very much doubt) and you
want to plug it into a component input, then they sound ideal.
Converting from analog RGB to YPbPr would require a reasonably
expensive adaptor.
If you display supports HDMI or DVI, then either of these cards should
be ideal if they have a DVI output. You'll need DVI-D rather than DVI-A,
DVI-I when the jack / cable support both.
Regardless, either of the card should be up to scratch if they're new.
I'm currently using a 5 year old nVidia GeForce 2 GTS which happily
drives my projector at 1280x720@60p over a DVI connection.
Bear in mind, that typical HDTV bandwidth is far lower than that
required by most CRT displays, so almost any card is capable of the
resolution and frame rate, it's just whether it has the connections you
require.
