I need to recover my Hp computer to original settings.I don't have a cd or built in recovery.Can you help me?

It sounds like you'll have to order the CD for your computer (model number) from HP.

If you don't have either, then you need to contact HP to request them (+1 to treefrog). Your other option, is to purchase a new copy of XP.
